EU Trade Marketing & Commercial Support (M/F)

What will you do?

As a key member of the Commercial team, you will actively contribute to the growth and visibility of our Tenderstem® / Bimi® across Europe.

  • Be the market expert: Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, competition, and distribution channels to identify opportunities and guide business decisions.
  • Activate trade marketing plans: Prepare, monitor, and evaluate trade marketing operations in partnership with the Commercial
  • Oversee trade budgets: Work closely with Commercial team to monitor, manage, and control trade marketing budgets.
  • Provide cross-functional support: build communication tool (Trade Newsletter), represent the company externally to events (fairs, trade shows), support commercial team with category management materials, build sales tools...
  • Build in-store excellence: Develop and implement merchandising
    recommendations to optimize brand presence and impact at point of sale.

Where will you work?

You will be based ideally based in Germany or next to the German border and working from home. Your manager, Amélie, is based in France.


You will be part of a global team, spread across various countries, focusing on the continued development of an already highly successful Branded Vegetable Product across the globe.

 

This role is varied and exciting. You will work in an international project-oriented environment within a multicultural organization. In this international context, this position will require you to travel in Europe (20% per month) of your time.

Do you fit this profile ?

You have:

  • a first experience (additionally to internship) in FMCG, in trade marketing, category management ideally in food and beverage industry
  • good skills in Project Management
  • an analytical mindset
  • excellent presentation & Communication Skills
  • a high level of self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm to drive business agility
  • high level of autonomy and flexibility
  • an excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal)
  • good commercial skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • a good command of the Ms-Office package
  • fluency in German and English is required; another language is a strong plus
  • a valid driving license (B category) is from advantages for business trip
