What will you do?
Supporting the growth of the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), you will coordinate the legal activities of European Sakata Holding (ESH) throughout the territory.
As a key player in legal matters, you will be responsible for:
Contract Review and Management: reviewing and administering commercial contracts e.g. with suppliers and distributors, to protect the interests of the company and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, acting as custodian for all business agreements.
Legal Administration: establishing, implementing and maintaining all departmentally relevant policies, procedures and documents.
Legal Advice: providing sound legal advice to the business, in consultation with external legal professionals.
Potential Claims and Legal Cases: protecting the reputation of the company by facilitating the appropriate handling of potential claims and the effective resolution of legal cases.


Where will you work?
Based in Uchaud (30), at our regional headquarters between Nîmes and Montpellier, you will interact daily with the entire EMEA team.
Working at holding company level, you will report directly to the Vice President and collaborate with the Executive Committee, subsidiaries and external legal professionals.
Do you fit this profile ?
You have a master’s degree level qualification related to business law in France, with at least 5 years’ experience in a multi-country commercial environment. Previous working knowledge of SAPIN 2, CSRD and similar compliance-related legislation would be a strong advantage. You are interested in Intellectual Property Rights, including variety protection, patents, brands and trademarks. You have the capacity to adapt to different cultures, requiring a professional level of communication skills in French and English.
A team player, you can work independently and take initiative. You are comfortable in multi-tasking and respecting deadlines.
