As a member of the Turkish Research team, you will participate on the introduction of new vegetable varieties into the market.
What will you do?
You will test and evaluate different product varieties during the research phases until they move into development.
Agriculture activities:
- Collect and gather seed samples and respective protocols
- Participate in various agricultural tasks (sowing, transplanting, etc.) for trial, on the research station and with growers.
Data collection:
- Evaluate the data collected, set up regular reports and presentation
- report and analyse market trends, economic developments and sales activity
- Prepare and conduct field trial visits.
Where will you work?
You will be based in Antalya Gaziler research station and will travel frequently in Türkiye.
You will be part of the Turkish Research team, working with station members as well as EMEA colleagues. Your colleagues will be Farm workers, Product Developers, Breeders, Product Managers...
You can start by July 1st should this position matches your project.
Do you fit this profile ?
You have a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, and previous experience in vegetables crops. You are ready to work in the office, in the fields and greenhouses, exposed to heat and cold.
You are looking for professional challenges, and you measure the importance of a good communication within a team.
As you will join an international company a good level of English is needed (written and spoken), as well as a good command of the Office package (Excel).
