Gender Equality Index

In application of local legislation, French companies with at least 50 employees have to publish their index of gender equality based on 4 indicators with a score out of 100 points.

For SAKATA VEGETABLES EUROPE, FRANCE perimeter, the score obtained is 84/100 over the reference period from January 1st to December 31, 2025.

The indicators are divided as presented below :

Pay gap indicator: 34

  • Progress objective > Raising managers’ awareness of legal obligations regarding equal pay.

Individual increase rate difference indicator: 35
Maternity leave return indicator: 15
High remuneration indicator: 0

  • Progression objective > Informing employees about all positions and in particular positions of responsibility available in the company.

Our company has been mobilizing for several years in favour of professional equality between women and men through various actions. This trend was reinforced by the signing of a new agreement on the subject on April 24, 2025.
