Sakata EMEA & Personal Data In General

SAKATA EMEA has adopted a pure B2B business model within the European Union since its creation in 1996 and is therefore not doing any direct business with individuals as such. As a rule, Sakata does not do any specific direct marketing campaigns. Those specific marketing campaigns and all of our events are exclusively managed on external tools such as Mailchimp or direct social media channels where customers and prospects directly subscribe (opt in / consent automatically, managed online by the tool supplier).
As we are not dealing with the consumer market in the EU, we do not track or exchange any personal data relating to any end consumer.
